Don is a 1986 graduate of Johnson Bible College (now Johnson University).  Don is happily married to Jane (27 years); and they are the proud parents of Elise age 25, and Tyler age 22.  Don has served Poplar Springs for 23 years.  He began as youth minister (1986-1992), became associate minister (1994) and moved into the preaching position in 2004.

Chuck has been on staff for 18 years.  He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College and Wake Forest University. Chuck and his wife, Christy, have two boys, Samuel and Elijah.  Chuck loves to read anything by Steve Lawhead and Bernard Cornwell.  He enjoys coaching his sons in soccer, going out on date nights with Christy, and traveling with the entire family.  Chuck loves to teach his Sunday school class and see people come to a right relationship with Jesus.

Brian and his wife Rachel have had the pleasure of ministering at Poplar Springs for over three years with their two children, Madelyn and Liam. Originally natives of Central Illinois, the family relocated to be part of the body of believers here in King, and they've enjoyed the warm friendship of the church members. Brian studied music and received his ministry degree at Lincoln Christian College (now Lincoln Christian University) in Lincoln, Illinois. After receiving his ministry degree, he did further study in vocal performance at Eastern Illinois University at Charleston, Illinois. While Brian is primarily a singer, he also enjoys playing piano and learning to play new instruments. In his spare time, he likes to be with his family, repair vehicles, and work in his yard. Brian enjoys leading the Lord's people in worship, and truly enjoys passing on that same love to other musicians and seeing them be blessed through doing ministry as well.

Becky has been on staff at Poplar Springs since April of 2008.  She is a 2007 graduate of Kentucky Christian University, where she met her husband, TJ.  They are expecting their first child in February 2012. Becky enjoys hanging out with her husband, photography, traveling to see friends and learning how to cook.  Becky enjoys partnering with her husband and other volunteers to teach children about the love of God.  Her passion in Children's Ministry is to grow the whole child in Knowledge, Praise, Service and Evangelism.

Judy began working at Poplar Springs in February, 1995.  She graduated from King High School and attended Forsyth Technical College (business program).  Judy is blessed with three children, Michael, David and Jennifer; and “Nana” to five grandchildren:  Coy, Job, Elise, Joshua and Luke.  She spends her leisure time enjoying family and friends.
